Meet Our Staff

Miss Stephanie

Co-Founder and Creative Director

Stephanie has been a dancer for 20 years and has worked as a dance instructor and competition coach for over a decade.  She has won numerous outstanding choreography awards for her work in the competition circuit, including Ultimate Choreography at Beyond the Stars in 2018.  Additionally, she has coached a multitude of Top Overall award winners and Dancer of the Year finalists.  She puts her whole heart into her students and classes.  Her life passion is instilling confidence in young dancers and creating a safe atmosphere for self expression.

Miss Jessica

Co-Founder and Creative Director

Jessica has over 20 years of experience in dance, theater, and athletics.  She made her stage debut at 8 years old as the title role in the musical "Annie".  Her passion for the arts grew immensely and led her to work professionally in Connecticut and South Florida.  Her dance and theater education comes from extensive training in New York City, Florida, and Connecticut where she had the opportunity to work with Broadway professionals and be coached by top agents in the industry.  She won the 2017 OnStage Theater Award for Outstanding Actress in a Featured Role in a Musical for portraying Penny Pingleton in "Hairspray".  Besides dance and theater, Jessica was heavily involved in the sport of gymnastics where she trained and studied under Olympic gymnasts and coaches. 

Miss Stacy

Co-Founder and Operations Manager

Graduate of Manhattan College (BA) and Sacred Heart University (MA), Stacy is currently pursuing her second Master's degree - an MBA at Southern New Hampshire University.  Stacy has amassed several years of business experience in various industries including the packaging, software, and insurance industries.  She has also contributed to websites as a freelance writer.  Stacy welcomes the opportunity to combine her business skills and knowledge with her lifelong passion for the arts.    

Miss Libby

Ballet III Instructor

Libby received classical training in Fort Worth, Texas, at Gayle Corkery School of Ballet, under Gayle Corkery, Carrie and Li Chou Cheng and Margo McCann.  She received additional training at Texas Ballet Theater's summer intensive programs.  In 2013, she graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance from Belhaven University and has most enjoyed performing George Balanchine’s Serenade and Walpurgisnacht.  Since graduating, Libby has performed with Ballet Concerto under Margo and Webster Dean, Ballet Frontier of Texas under Chung Lin and Enrica Tseng, Zion Dance project under Vincent Hardy and Avant Chamber Ballet under Katie Cooper.  This is her first season dancing with Ballet Hartford.

Miss Tina

Tap I/II and Ballet II

Tina is a Shelton, CT native who has trained for over 20 years. She comes to PDC with more than 10 years of teaching and studio experience. Tina has been trained in ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, world dance, pilates, and yoga. She graduated cum laude from Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance with a minor in Business. While at Rider, she trained with American Repertory Ballet’s Princeton Ballet School under several of their professional teachers and choreographers and also worked as an intern with the Trenton Education Dance Institute and New Brunswick’s Dance Power, both of which provide dance programs in public schools in New Jersey as a part of their daily curriculum and after school activities. Tina has experience teaching students ranging from age 2 through adult in various genres of dance.

Miss LIndy

Hip Hop

Rosalinda "Lindy" is a performer and teacher based in Connecticut.  She grew up in CT, competing in dance and theatre and winning multiple high score awards for performance, technique, choreography, and improvisation at regional and national levels. Miss Lindy continued to pursue her passion and received her BA in Dance from Dean College, MA. along with a minor in Psychology.  After graduating, she landed multiple Disney Cruise Line contracts, dancing onboard the world-renowned Disney Cruise Line ships that sailed on the East and West Coasts, including Hawaii and Alaska, Mexico and the Caribbean. She served as a performer, dance/line captain and main stage performer for over 5 years. 

Miss Jane

Ballet IV

Jane is currently a Trainee with the Ballet Hartford under the direction of Leyna Doran and Elizabeth McMillan as Artistic Director Emerita for the 2019/2020 Season. Most recently, she participated in a workshop with Ballet Hartford and had the honor of working with soloists of the New York City Ballet, including Lars Nelson, Rachel Hutsell and Silas Farley. Jane had the pleasure of being selected to perform the female variation from George Balanchine’s “Tchaikovsky Pas” at the workshop’s performance. Previously, she had pre-professional training at the Kirov Academy of Ballet in Washington D.C. working with Bat Udval, Evgenia Singur, Runqiao Du, Svetlana Kravtsova and Vladim Pijicov. Miss Jane has been teaching and choreographing over the past five years throughout New England and DC. Memorable roles performed were Clara and the Snow Queen in “The Nutcracker,” and Lumière in Edra Toth’s original production of “Beauty and the Beast.”
